About the Role As a Program Controls Specialist II at Honeywell Aerospace, you will manage scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting for large, complex programs. You will build a strong team, drive retention, and foster an inclusive culture, reporting directly to the Sr Program Controls Manager. This role is based in Woburn, MA with a hybrid work arrangement. You will partner with the Integrated program team to develop program plans and create cost and schedule baselines across multiple sites, and you will coach and mentor less-experienced Specialists.
What You'll Do
- Launch and execute programs; develop initial program baselines and cost/schedule baselines for large, complex programs across multiple sites
- Prepare and analyze internal cost report data; manage EAC
