The Program Officers will support the design and implementation of development programmes through baseline research, project coordination, community and stakeholder engagement, work planning, budget management, monitoring and evaluation, documentation of lessons learned, and preparation of high-quality technical reports. What You'll Do
- Baseline research and contribute to design and implementation of development programmes
- Coordinate projects, manage work plans and budgets
- Engage communities and stakeholders, monitor and evaluate activities
- Document lessons learned and prepare high-quality technical reports
- Support reporting and knowledge sharing with team and partners What We're Looking For
- Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Education, Law, Development Studies or related field
