About this role
About the Role Red Hat is seeking a Program Manager to lead a matrixed organization and steward strategic investments and transformational change. You will provide leadership and direction to programs, oversee planning and governance, and ensure successful delivery of a program comprised of multiple projects. You’ll facilitate cross-team collaboration, set shared milestones, and communicate progress to stakeholders at multiple levels. What You'll Do
- Provide overall program leadership, guidance, and manage all aspects of a given program, including requirements gathering, business case creation, and implementation
- Ensure that the scope of the projects within the program align with business priorities
- Manage program-level risks and interdependencies
- Manage stakeholder communication and promote collaboration and coordination across broad categories of stakeholders
