About the Role Join Amazon MEA's centralized supply chain planning function as a Program Manager for QC Inventory Health in the Quick Commerce network. You will lead cross-functional supply chain initiatives, design new processes, implement technology solutions, and drive cost reductions and efficiency improvements for inventory health and space utilization. What You'll Do
- Work with finance, supply chain execution, transportation, operations and other Amazon teams to identify pain points and scope large high-impact projects
- Drive cost-benefit analyses and go/no-go decisions on various initiatives
- Once a go decision is made, evolve a plan and timeline for execution
- Develop a roadmap and metrics to measure progress of the initiative you own; write reports/documents detailing progress to leadership on a frequent basis
