- Program Leadership & Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for assigned programs/projects; align objectives with organizational goals; drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, IT, operations, and supplier teams.
- Process Standardization: Identify, document, and streamline design processes; establish governance frameworks and best practices for automation workflows.
