Program Manager — Open Banking Nigeria
We are hiring a high-ownership Program Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery across Open Banking Nigeria's programmes and day-to-day operations, running projects end-to-end and managing stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate open banking projects end to end, including managing contractors.
- Serve as the point of contact for members, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
- Publish thought leadership content (blog and social channels).
- Own and maintain the Open Banking in Africa resource hub.
- Handle payments and financial administration tasks.
- Support events and community operations.
Requirements
- Independent programme or project experience (in fintech, nonprofit, or other fast-moving organisations).
- Self-starter attitude and ability to run things without being told how.
