About the Role Program Manager to lead a project in Alberta, Canada within KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions. The role will base in Calgary and may require time at KBR's Chennai, India office. Ideal candidate will have brownfield, fabrication and Canadian construction experience and can manage large EPC projects (TIC up to ~$1B) with autonomy and accountability for successful delivery. What You'll Do
- Lead the project management team and drive successful completion of EPC projects, including safety, cost, schedule and contractual performance.
- Serve as prime client contact and ensure alignment with client satisfaction and KBR policies.
- Assure safe project execution, monitor budgets/schedules, and maintain bottom-line profitability.
- Define precise scope, manage changes with the client, and plan/ revise project execution as needed.
