About the Role You will join Coloplast’s Innovation Project Management department at our Humlebæk HQ to lead end-to-end innovation programs. As a Program Manager, you will own multiple innovation projects, guide a core team of Senior Project Managers, and help bring new medical device solutions to patients. You will work across Ostomy Care, Wound & Tissue Repair, Continence Care, and Bowel Care portfolios.
What You'll Do
- Engage with governance bodies and Portfolio Managers to ensure alignment with BA strategy
- Set clear tactical direction for the programs optimizing value creation and program execution
- Manage interdependencies across projects within the programs
- Ensure synergies in resource usage are optimized across the projects
