Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid: onsite Monday-Thursdays & can work from home on Fridays)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Program Coordinator to provide project support. This role will act as the interface between different internal teams, gathering information and data to facilitate project execution. The coordinator will also help manage the store design processes for a number of store construction and refresh projects.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for gathering information, data, and key dates to support projects.

Assist in managing store design processes.

Deliver clear project updates using PowerPoint or Keynote.

Manage schedules and ensure deadlines are met.

Collaborate closely with various teams, including retail stores designers and global and regional brand teams.
