About the Role OPmobility seeks a Program Buyer with a mechanical/plastics background and 12-15 years of experience in New Product Development, supplier management and new projects to lead end-to-end initiatives. The role focuses on delivering quality, cost and timing objectives through strong supplier collaboration and project leadership. What You'll Do
- Independently handle New Projects and New Product Developments from concept to launch.
- Lead supplier selection, nomination and ongoing management to achieve quality, cost and timing targets.
- Manage cash-out and supplier payment processes as part of project execution.
- Leverage SAP MM for generation of Purchase Orders and supplier transactions.
- Gather key information for complex RFQs, identify market constraints, set targets and schedules.
- Negotiate with suppliers to meet quality, cost and deadline objectives.
