About the Role Under the supervision of the SUN Site Manager, the Program Assistant supports day-to-day activities of the after-school and summer SUN program at a Portland school site, including data entry, attendance tracking, and maintaining participant and program records. The role helps coordinate family and community events and supports SUN program operations to promote student success. What You'll Do
- Oversee general functioning of the after-school and summer program, including set-up/clean-up, maintaining attendance records, supplies, and transitions throughout the building.
- Assist Site Manager with data entry, student attendance tracking, implementing positive behavior incentive plans, planning family and community events, and maintaining community partnerships.
- Act in a general support role for after-school Activity Leaders and students.
