About the Role Som Produktionsledare får du en nyckelroll i produktionsledningen och ansvarar för att leda vårt team inom maskinbearbetning. Tillsammans säkerställer ni ett effektivt, hållbart och flexibelt produktionsflöde. Du blir en del av ett engagerat och inkluderande team där samarbete, öppenhet och utveckling är centrala värderingar. Du rapporterar också till Produktionschef och är en aktiv del av Produktionens ledningsgrupp.
What You'll Do
- Leda och fördela arbetet mot uppsatta mål samt utveckla dina medarbetare genom medarbetarsamtal, kompetensutveckling och arbetsmiljöarbete.
- Ansvara för ett team om cirka 25 medarbetare inom maskinbearbetning.
- Skapa en trygg arbetsmiljö och en stark sammanhållning i gruppen.
- Samarbete över funktionella gränser och driva ständiga förbättringar, inklusive digitalisering och utveckling av produktionsflödet.
