About the Role The Production Worker supports maintenance, operations, safety compliance, and quality assurance to keep the facility running safely and efficiently. This is a union position, and successful candidates must join the union after 30 days of employment. What You'll Do
- Maintain and operate production equipment and machinery; participate in the preventative maintenance program; inspect equipment and address malfunctions to keep lines running.
- Support safety compliance by following Federal, State, and Local regulations, participating in safety meetings and inspections, and following established safety protocols.
- Assist in quality assurance by maintaining food quality culture, facility cleanliness, sanitation, documenting procedures, following SOPs, and participating in training.
