- Complete more than 50% of the total repairs for the team.
- Repair bikes quickly and consistently with accuracy and high quality.
- Tackle the most complex repairs and act as a Lead Technician; mentor teammates as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team and customers to resolve issues and provide excellent service.
- Utilize a full set of professional tools and stay current with servicing methods and new technologies.
- Help maintain a positive, hospitable environment and contribute to Trek's culture. What We're Looking For
