Production Technician
About this role
About the Role The Production Technician will operate and maintain large-scale powder production equipment in Indianapolis, IN on 3rd shift (10:00pm - 06:30am), Monday - Friday. You will interpret Product Manufacturing Instructions (PMIs), Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and production schedules to ensure safe, efficient, and quality-driven manufacturing. What You'll Do
- Interpret PMIs, JSAs, and production schedules to execute daily tasks safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards.
- Support and participate in current and new safety initiatives and policies.
- Follow step-by-step instructions from turnover reports, written job instructions, or verbal directions while balancing multiple tasks.
- Demonstrate strong batch chemistry math skills, including unit conversions and weight percentage calculations across various units of measure.
