Job title: Production Technician I
About the Role This is a third-shift Production Technician role (hours: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM) in the Fill/Cap/Label/Freeze Dry department to support manufacturing of Bio-Rad bottled products in compliance with GMP processes. The position is onsite based in Irvine, CA.
What You'll Do
- Support filling, capping and labeling operations in team-based manufacturing; may involve hand filling and/or use of semi-automated machinery.
- Deliver Semi-Finished Goods to Warehousing using carts or pallet trucks where applicable.
- Perform in-process and final quality inspection of components/products.
- Prepare for production by reviewing the production schedule and assembling equipment and supplies.
- Follow procedures and work instructions to execute production tasks.
- Complete required documentation adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
