About the Role As a member of the production team at Lear's Tuscaloosa Plant, you will help ensure safety and quality by following established procedures, policies, and standard work instructions. You will participate in continuous improvement, maintain 5S standards, and collaborate with self-directed work teams to meet performance goals. What You'll Do
- Work according to established procedures and policies through teamwork.
- Adhere to the standard work instructions (SWI).
- Contribute fully to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to 5S and World Class Housekeeping standards.
- Achieve operator certification according to the plant certification process.
- Participate in team meetings and understand performance goals and objectives.
- Help to achieve team performance goals and objectives.
