About the Role The Production Supervisor will manage the shift production operation across five departments at Chippenham and assume weekend on-site leadership. The role emphasizes Health & Safety compliance, continuous improvement, and developing teams to achieve maximum potential, while driving cost efficiency on the line and across the site. What You'll Do
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Policy and procedures.
- Ensure all production and process recording systems are completed accurately.
- Fully prepared for Daily Review meeting, ensuring issues are being addressed by the appropriate support function.
- Ensure absence reporting and RTWs are being done as required.
- Use capability, disciplinary and attendance procedures to manage non-conformance.
- Be continually focused on cost reduction by efficiency improvement and investment opportunities.
