Summary The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing assigned team members, ensuring the quality and safety of food products, maintaining team member safety, and upholding housekeeping standards in designated areas. This role ensures adherence to the production schedule, minimizes food waste (scrap), and optimizes line efficiency under the guidance of the Director of Site Operations.
