About the Role Lead production operations onsite in South Brunswick, NJ to ensure safety, quality and performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. IFF seeks a production supervisor to oversee daily production, coordinate with quality, and drive continuous improvement. This role is based onsite in South Brunswick and part of a high-performing, collaborative team with impact. What You'll Do
- Supervise production operations to ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and regulatory standards
- Monitor daily production flow, shipping efficiency, and on-time order completion (ZPro/Oflow)
- Execute batch production activities and ensure adherence to specifications
- Partner with Quality to ensure products meet established standards and lead deviation investigations with CAPA alignment
- Maintain accurate production documentation in line with retention policies
