About the Role GRAMMER is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee a 40+ person union operation at our Delphos, OH location on 3rd shift. The role focuses on leading manufacturing activities for automotive interiors and seating systems, driving safety, quality, and productivity.
What You'll Do
- Supervise a 40+ person operation in a union environment on 3rd shift.
- Lead second/third shift operations, continuous improvement, safety and quality objectives.
- Direct and re-direct labor, ensure operators follow instructions, and manage overtime and training.
- Lead process audits and scrap management; drive parts quality and process compliance.
- Conduct regular pre-shift meetings and maintain clear communication with hourly staff and leadership.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or Bachelor preferred; 3-5 years supervisory experience.
