About the Role Cargill is seeking a safety-minded Production Supervisor to oversee plant operations. You will implement and execute production processes across operations, safety, people and the business to keep the plant running smoothly. What You'll Do
- Implement and execute production processes at the plant for operations, safety, people and the business.
- Follow safety principles and promote a safe working environment.
- Execute scheduled customer orders and help ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain tool accountability and sanitation standards.
- Perform HR duties and support staffing, training and performance management. What We're Looking For
