About the Role As Production Supervisor at Group Trucks Operations – NRV in Dublin, VA, you will lead the final assembly operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, directly responsible for safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance in your area. You will create stable daily operations, coach operators, and continuously improve how work is done to build high-quality trucks, on time, every time. What You'll Do
- Lead a team of hourly employees to achieve daily and weekly SQDCEP targets
- Ensure standardized work, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently followed
- Coach, develop, and engage employees to build skills, ownership, and accountability
- Drive daily problem solving and support continuous improvement activities
- Partner with maintenance, quality, engineering, safety, and other support functions to remove obstacles and improve performance
