Production Supervisor - 2nd shift, 2:00pm - 10:00pm
About this role
As a Manufacturing Production Supervisor, you’ll be part of our Mission, TX team working as an on-site employee.
You’ll get to:
Analyze production plans in a daily basis and coordinate resources to meet objectives and schedules in the production lines. Develop a work plan by defining priorities and sequences according to resources. Ensures compliance with Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People measures and achievement of goals through continuous improvement. Support continues improvement philosophy driving lean manufacturing principles. Contributes to the 5S program by performing monthly audits and following up on the implementation of the program in the production lines. Set a 5S mindset. Ensures equipment, production lines start-ups within required timelines. Monitors process and procedures and formulate SOPs and/or other documentation as required.
