About the Role Yazaki seeks a PRODUCTION PREPARATION TECHNICIAN for its plant in Bizerte, Tunisia. The role coordinates teams and drives Process P2 activities, acts as a bridge between the plant and functions like GME, PTC and PLANTS, and ensures Yazaki and customer standards are implemented while addressing internal and external process claims. What You'll Do
- Coordinate the activity of teams and direct the Process P2 activities; coordinate communication between plant and GME, PTC, and PLANTS; ensure Yazaki standard and customer STD implementation; develop solutions to internal and external process claims.
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (IATF 16949), YEL / YAP-T procedures, health and safety rules in the work area (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001) and apply 5S principles.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate procedures.
