About the Role IFF is seeking a detail-oriented Production Operator based in Wilmington, DE onsite, 2nd shift. You will support safe, accurate manufacturing operations and contribute to quality and inventory accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Pre-weigh production batches accurately by following shop floor instructions and process orders
- Verify materials and quantities to ensure compliance with production and quality standards
- Complete timely backflushing of materials to maintain inventory accuracy in SAP
- Operate electric and/or gas sit‑down forklifts and electric reach trucks as required
- Maintain high standards of GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and workplace safety
- Push/pull drums up to 400 lbs and lift bags up to 50 lbs using proper techniques
- Work independently during off‑shift hours and respond effectively to unexpected situations
