About the Role PEMCO International is seeking a Production Operator to support onsite manufacturing operations in Leesburg, AL. This role focuses on handling materials, dosing and tracking batches, packaging finished products, and operating forklifts to maintain production flow and quality. What You'll Do
- Handle raw materials, dose and track batches, package and palletize finished product.
- Operate forklift and maintain housekeeping; lift up to 55 lbs.
- Ensure a safe and compliant manufacturing environment, following standard operating procedures. What We're Looking For
- High-school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 0-2 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- Ability to handle raw materials, dose and track batches, package and palletize finished product; forklift operation; lifting up to 55 lbs.
- Basic math and good communication skills. Nice to Have
- Forklift experience
