About this role
Job title: Production Operator – 2nd Shift
Duties
- Read, understand and comply with detailed work instructions for the part being run.
- Complete Operator Production Sheet (Form FPR-01).
- Maintain break room, restrooms, parking facilities, and grounds.
- Honor break time allotment.
- Maintain a professional working relationship with coworkers, supervisors, and management.
- Assist in giving breaks as informed by the auxiliary or supervisor.
- Able to run all presses and all parts.
- Meet quota of parts as required by production.
- Adhere to all OJT/DWI given for all parts.
- Assist in doing re-work of parts and re-packing as instructed by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Be able to lift 40 pounds.
- Stand for at least 10 hours.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- High School diploma.
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing.
