Production Manager – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
We are seeking a Production Manager to lead and oversee pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising production teams across shifts, and supporting process validation and audit readiness.
Responsibilities
- Lead production planning and execution
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, NAFDAC, PCN, WHO and other regulatory standards
- Oversee batch records and GMP documentation
- Lead deviation investigations and CAPA processes
- Support process validation
- Lead production teams across shifts
- Collaborate with QA, QC, Engineering and Planning teams
- Support audit readiness and operational efficiency
Requirements
- B.Pharm degree
- Must be a Licensed Pharmacist
- 5–6 years' relevant experience in a manufacturing plant
