About the Role Join Dura-Line, an Orbia business, at the Elyria, Ohio site as Production Manager. This pivotal role oversees plant production under the guidance of the Plant Manager, leads employee training and development, and drives lean manufacturing initiatives to optimize productivity, safety and quality. What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire the production team, balancing quality, safety, morale, productivity and cost across operations.
- Be a visible presence on the production floor through Gemba walks and department meetings; support a 24/7 operation.
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, staffing, quality control, and cost-effectiveness; use ODEN, SAP/ERP to standardize operations and achieve daily goals.
- Analyze and resolve production issues; minimize scrap; address customer and employee concerns; implement corrective actions.
