About the Role This is a full-time Exempt position in Manufacturing at Western Digital located in Shenzhen Futian. The role focuses on leading production line operations, solving product, process and abnormal problems; coordinating with other departments for effective support; planning manpower; developing and implementing training schemes; troubleshooting to meet production plans; developing line leader management skills and teamwork; establishing and executing performance management and incentive systems; ensuring workshop cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company security policies; and controlling the production process to fulfill production targets.
