Acerca de la oportunidad The Lead Person provides support for all issues relating to Folding Gluer area as well as other areas in the plant. This person provides direction on the day-to-day activities of the department in order produce in the most efficient and effective manner. Shift:
- 10pm -6am - Sun-Thurs
Essential Functions:
- Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Monitor work areas to ensure all employees are working safely.
- Provide daily coaching and feedback to all department employees.
- Increase overall productivity to meet customer requirements.
- Work with other leaders in regards to manufacturing and quality decisions.
- Assign work and monitor production orders as they arrive in department.
- Monitor schedules, rush orders, hot list, call-ins, etc.
