About the Role The Production Engineer provides technical leadership and support to ensure that defined processes meet or exceed targets in terms of SHE, quality, productivity and cost. They lead incremental improvement initiatives to optimize existing processes and report to the Production Manager. The incumbent interfaces with various functional groups within the organization.
