Production Engineer
Role Responsibilities:
- Continuously develop productivity improvement and lower labor input while maintaining labor effectiveness.
- Monitor and master-listing the calibration of the measure/testing equipment/tools in Production.
- Suggest corrective measures & improve quality defects related to workmanship issues.
- Develop good work practice in employees and processes to achieve product quality without sacrificing output e.g. Meeting daily target & Weekly production plan.
- Manage team of 60 line leaders and operators.
- Conduct classroom training on specific jobs application to shop floor workers.
- Lead Production department in achieving inhouse operation system (Cx), ISO & EH&S requirements.
