About the Role Motorola Solutions is seeking a Production Associate Lead to provide work leadership on the production line, coordinate assignments, and serve as the primary contact for quality, workflow, product, and equipment issues. This role drives continuous improvement, 5S and cross-functional collaboration to improve line efficiency and product knowledge. What You'll Do
- Provide work leadership to junior level associates through assignment of work, training, coordination and checking of assignments on the production line.
- Serve as primary point of contact to internal departments for quality, workflow, product and equipment issues on the line.
- Provide input to the Value Stream Manager to decision-making that directly impacts production line efficiency.
- Must learn all set-ups before starting the production line.
