- Collaborate closely with other departments and teams
- Think on your feet and troubleshoot problems and situations
- Make incremental process adjustments, monitor and report quality of manufactured product
- Perform duties in support of Sonoco’s quality and safety policies
- Exercise critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to set up new jobs
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area
- Perform duties as designated by supervisor/manager
