About this role
About the Role The Production Associate is responsible for setting up and operating automatic or semiautomatic machines in a continuous production environment to produce components, subassemblies, and final assemblies from blueprints and work instructions. This on-site role reports to the Production Supervisor in Cortland, NY. What You'll Do
- Setup and operate equipment in the related area to produce components from blueprints and work instructions.
- Work under the direction of supervisors or more experienced personnel with little supervision.
- Maintain accurate records and logs and collect any necessary data for use by Engineering. What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
- 1+ years of production/manufacturing experience
- Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for a minimum of 8 hours
