About the Role The Production Associate will set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic manufacturing equipment in a continuous production environment. This on-site role in Cortland, NY reports to the Facilities and Equipment Manager and supports electrical and mechanical systems installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, reliable operations. What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, control circuits, panels, instrumentation, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, piping, and welding, using schematics, blueprints, layouts, and Bills of Materials.
- Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns; perform preventive maintenance; recommend and implement modifications or replacement strategies to improve reliability, safety, and performance.
