Production Associate - BGA Re-balling Operator (7:00am to 3:30pm)

About the Role
As a member of CWDS's day shift production team, you will be responsible to complete the entire BGA Re-balling process as required and evaluate the quality of the altered materials per specifications. The Operator will be responsible to perform all the requirements using related equipment, confirm that every step is in accordance with the drawings and generate reports as required. What You'll Do
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work through defined work schedule based on job priority, following written procedures, guidelines, and best practices.
- Be the contact for internal customers, working with them on aspects of work order status and provide feedback of completed work.
- Conduct thorough inspection of BGA components and raise notifications for any non-compliances.
- Able to use metallurgical microscope, record, analyze and report all data accurately.
