About the Role Louis Dreyfus Company is seeking a Product Supervisor in Guangzhou to lead product lifecycle management and market execution for animal nutrition products. This role works cross-functionally across R&D, supply chain, marketing, and sales to deliver region-specific product strategies and evidence-based performance. What You'll Do
- Build product positioning and GTM strategy; manage SKU decisions; support pricing and regional differentiation.
- Conduct market intelligence and translate voice-of-customer into product, technical and service requirements; track regulatory changes and industry trends.
- Act as commercial-technical owner; coordinate animal trials with R&D and external partners; build an evidence library.
- Provide pricing support and commercial enablement; deliver product training and sales tools; support key account visits and negotiations.
