About the Role The Product Safety Assessor will join Wella's R&D team to help ensure safe cosmetic products for market release. You will represent the Product Safety department in cross-functional initiatives and contribute to safety assessments for cosmetic ingredients and finished hair and nail products. What You'll Do
- Represent the Product Safety department in business initiatives and technical projects as an integral member of multifunctional teams.
- Prepare safety assessments for cosmetic ingredients and finished hair and nail products for pre-market testing and market release.
- Prepare safety assessments for new raw materials, determine need for additional testing and analytic.
- Generate and evaluate toxicity data with emphasis on (Q)SAR analyses, read-across approaches, and in vitro assays. What We're Looking For
