Role Overview
The Senior Product Manager owns the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day execution of an AI-powered IT support product built on Slack. The product serves as employees' primary IT help channel, leveraging AI agents to improve troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and support efficiency. The role combines product management, AI product strategy, user experience optimization, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and product requirements.

Define acceptance criteria and manage the full product lifecycle.

Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
