About the Role Join Monzo's Product Operations team as a transformation-minded Product Operations Manager focused on efficiency and automation. You’ll sit within Partnerships at the intersection of Finance, Tech, and Ops Change, acting as the "Architect of Automation" for Partner Ops within Core Banking. The first phase involves mastering manual workflows to deeply understand requirements, followed by building scalable, AI-integrated systems that improve data flow, integrity, and governance across platforms. What You'll Do
- Process Auditing & Mapping: Deep-diving into "the way we do things now" (invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting) to identify patterns ripe for AI-led automation.
- Building the Automation Layer: Use AI tools, LLMs, and workflow automation to transition manual trackers into self-healing, automated systems.
