About the Role
We are seeking a detail-minded, execution-focused Product Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be embedded at Monks, serving as a critical operational partner dedicated to supporting one of our most high-profile enterprise client accounts.
Working directly alongside Program Leads and Product Managers, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution—translating high-level program priorities into tightly tracked release schedules, coordinating global stakeholders, driving UAT follow-through, and managing day-to-day product operations workstreams.
Location: This is a contract role based out of Austin, TX or Cupertino, CA, with a hybrid schedule requiring you to be on-site 3 days per week (with occasional travel as needed).
