Join xpate as a Product Manager to build the operational backbone of the company—internal platforms, workflow systems, and AI-powered automation for operational teams. This is not a growth, onboarding, or customer-facing product role. You’ll own systems that keep operations running at scale, such as back-office platforms, review workflows, case management, compliance operations, internal tooling, and process automation. What You'll Do
- Build and scale internal operational platforms and workflow systems.
- Identify high-impact automation opportunities across operational processes.
- Design AI-assisted workflows that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Partner closely with operations teams to understand bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Work with engineering and data teams to ship practical automation solutions.
