Description
- We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Product Manager to support key initiatives within the SMB Base Management team at TELUS. This role plays an important part in helping the team retain customers, respond to competitive dynamics, and deliver effective base management strategies across the SMB segment. The successful candidate will contribute to a range of operational and product initiatives including weekly retention reviews, competitive intelligence tracking, escalation management, pricing configuration, dealer budget oversight, and trigger-based retention campaigns. This role works closely with cross-functional partners across GTM, campaign execution, sales channels, and product operations to bring initiatives to life.
