About the Role We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the Reporting experience for small businesses at Gusto. You'll own the strategy and roadmap for traditional reports and AI-driven answers, and work with engineering, design, and data to ship value that customers notice. What You'll Do
- Drive the strategy and roadmap end-to-end across web, mobile, and embedded experiences in collaboration with engineering, design, and data.
- Define the vision for how traditional reports and AI-powered answers work together over time to support Gusto's AI transformation.
- Ship customer-facing value every cycle, balancing core improvements with longer-term bets.
- Partner with app teams like Pay and Benefits to deliver reporting capabilities end-to-end through real customer journeys.
