About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the definition and execution of the Employee Communications roadmap, shaping best-in-class, mobile-first conversational experiences for frontline managers and employees post-hire. You will work at the intersection of business stakeholders and engineering to ensure scalable, intuitive solutions that seamlessly integrate into the cross-product frontline workflow. What You'll Do
- Collaborative Strategy: Partner with Paradox and Workday Product Owners, customers, and cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, GTM and customer-facing teams) to align product goals with desired business outcomes and strategic goals.
- Leading through influence: Apply strategic understanding of the company's big picture and competitive landscape to define strategy and positioning.
