About the Role We are seeking a Product Manager to join L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division (Vichy) based in Zagreb and collaborate across the Adria Balkan region. You will define and drive the short- and long-term marketing strategy for your category, ensuring the brand’s health-first, scientifically backed identity is reflected at every touchpoint. What You'll Do
- Define and drive short- and long-term marketing strategy for your category in alignment with Vichy global guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
- Leverage data tools (e.g., Nielsen, IQVIA, Sell-out panels) to identify growth pockets and present strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Protect and elevate Vichy’s core identity as a health-first, scientifically backed dermatologist brand; ensure touchpoints reflect clinical efficacy and active ingredients.
