Product Manager, LATAM Payments
Responsibilities
- Drive the localization and growth of Big Pay products in LATAM, ensuring the product experience aligns with local user behavior and payment habits.
- Identify user pain points and business opportunities through direct engagement with local users, merchants, and regional teams, and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to ensure our payment products maintain strong competitiveness in LATAM markets.
- Design and iterate product solutions including user flows, wireframes, and product requirements, with clear user stories and functional specifications.
- Work across the full product development lifecycle, including product design, UI/UX review, development coordination, test case validation, production launch, and post-launch optimization.
